Japan honors of old traditions and culture established here historically.

Because a child was always taught the Japanese calm and restraint as stated in this Buddiyzm. However, recently a spiritual issue has become even more relevant in Japan than it was before.

Recently, Buddhism boom has come to Japan. The number of Japanese young women whose hobby is looking around statues of the Buddha in Japan is growing. They say that the statues give them a great peace of mind. (It is said that the picture on the right is one of the most beautibul statues in Japan:Miroku.) In addition, the young women are eager to know about Buddhism. Because the construction of statues remind us of the spiritual and cultural life of Japan helps young people adapting to a new spiritual changes the world. And of course, a major role in introducing a new generation to spirituality is Buddhism. Appeal to the traditional religion of Japan has always helped and helps reconcile all the complexities of today’s changing world.

?The main thought of Buddhism is, I think, is that the more wicked people are, the more necessary they have to be saved by Amitaha Tathagata. This is because it is very difficult for such people to change his way. And it is no doubt that people do bad things because people have something bad mind originally. So when we had something action or thought, we should repeat the name of Buddha.

So I think that Buddhism has a power of giving something place to relieve people’s mind.

These days, the world is changing rapidly and the Internet is alos spread broadly. At the same time, however, the distance of people is being far. Thus people long for the warmth of kindness. To satisfy this feeling, these young women want to believe Buddhism and wanto to feel kindness by seeing the statues of Buddha.

It is their hope and faith gives them peace of mind, which helps a lot to move and to take during the transformation of the modern world.

Therefore, the basis for adaptation to changes in the Japanese youth of today’s world is our main religion that gives us everything we need for our mental and physical rest. That is why in Japan, so much attention paid to religion and its teaching in schools. Already in childhood we are taught to peace in a troubled world and moving that to a greater extent helped the Japanese to solve many problems in life.

Especially modern times when so much noise around, and develops a growing interest in contemporary Japanese religion.
